Snow patching out at 3000 feet

For the record: here, near Vancouver, at 3,000 feet the snow is now grimy and vanishing. There is still lots of snow above 4,000 feet. Soon we will be travelling farther north to find skiable slopes. It has been an outstanding spring… and we plan to be skiing into summer this year.
